Key Responsibilities\n

  • Establish and nurture a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship with patients to facilitate open communication.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting families and couples and the techniques required for effective therapy.

  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
