This is a great fit for someone who wants steady part-time work with a flexible schedule and room to grow. What You'll Do Personally deliver legal documents to the individual named, or leave them with a responsible adult at the residence, in accordance with Delaware law Make repeated attempts at varied times of day when the first attempt doesn't succeed, and log the date, time, and full address of each attempt Investigate and track down updated addresses when the one provided is outdated or incorrect Complete and sign required affidavits of service accurately and legibly Log all activity through our case management software and mobile app Meet turnaround deadlines for returning completed and non-completed paperwork What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older (Delaware law requirement) Cannot have any personal, financial, or family connection to a case you'd be serving Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Smartphone (iOS or Android) for logging jobs in the field Available for flexible/variable hours, including evenings Must pass a criminal background check Calm, professional, and courteous under pressure Prior process serving, courier, delivery, or law enforcement/legal experience is a plus — not required.
