Favor is looking for an experienced full-cycle Technical Recruiter to join our People Operations team! You will contribute to all areas of Talent Acquisition including writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, and presenting offers. You will work closely with our People Operations team to build our employer brand, champion the candidate experience, and invest in our growing team here at Favor!
You'll work most closely across engineering, product, data and design. When needed, you may be asked to flex into more G&A roles as well. One week you might be building a search for a senior backend engineer. Next, you could be helping close a product manager or partnering with leadership on a new hiring initiative. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, provide market insight, help improve recruiting processes, and play a meaningful role in shaping how we build teams.
Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that evaluate talent while creating enthusiasm for Favor.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate talent, and provide market feedback.
Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience from first conversation through offer.
Build expertise across a wide variety of functions and quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, outreach strategies, and candidate experience.
Help close exceptional candidates and represent Favor in a thoughtful, authentic, and compelling way.
Contribute to a culture of high standards, direct feedback, continuous learning, and teamwork.
Exceptional sourcing ability and the ability to quickly break down unfamiliar positions into effective search strategies.
Strong interviewing skills and the judgment to identify both standout talent and potential red flags.

Where you'll work: This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the team member’s location in Texas. If you live in Austin, Texas, we ask that you work from home roughly three days per week and work at our HQ for the remaining work days. If you live in a different city in Texas, you will primarily work from home, with the opportunity to travel to Austin for company-wide events.
